How to Use the AI Tools

Create a New Project with AI

1. When creating a new project, navigate to the templates
2. Select Create with AI
3. Describe what kind of project you want to start (ideas, goals, requirements, constraints)
4. Click on Suggest Tasks
5. Review the suggested task list (including task descriptions)
6. If needed, add more context and generate an improved suggestion
7. When you're happy with it, click on Create Project

Add New Tasks to an Existing Project

You can also expand ongoing projects with new task lists using AI.

1. Navigate to your project
2. Create a new task list
3. Click on Create Tasks with AI at the bottom of the empty list
4. Describe the problem or what you're planning to do and click on Suggest Tasks
5. Review the suggested tasks
6. Click on Accept Tasks to add them to your project, or refine your input and try again

How do I create a new project with AI?

In the project templates, select Create with AI, add a description, and click on Suggest Tasks. When you're happy with the result, click on Create Project.

How can I add AI-generated tasks to existing projects?

Create a new task list in a project and use Create Tasks with AI at the bottom of the empty list. After that, you can transfer the generated tasks directly to your project using Accept Tasks.

How is data security ensured?

Data created by the AI function is hosted in Microsoft data centers. No data is transmitted to other tools (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT). Additionally, no data is transferred to other services, and your data is not used to improve the models.
