How to Use the AI Tools

Create New Projects with AI

1. When creating a new project, navigate to the templates
2. Select Create with AI
3. Describe what kind of project you want to start (ideas, goals, requirements, constraints)
4. Click Suggest Tasks
5. Review the suggested task list (including task descriptions)
6. If needed, add more context and generate an improved suggestion
7. Once you're happy, click Create Project

Expand an Existing Project with New Tasks

You can also use AI to add new task lists to ongoing projects.

1. Navigate to your project
2. Create a new task list
3. Click Create Tasks with AI at the bottom of the empty list
4. Describe the problem or what you're planning and click Suggest Tasks
5. Review the suggested tasks
6. Click Add Tasks to add them to your project, or refine your input and try again

How do I create a new project with AI?

How can I add AI-generated tasks to existing projects?

Create a new task list in a project and use Create Tasks with AI at the bottom of the empty list. Then you can transfer the generated tasks directly to your project using Add Tasks.

What can I do if the AI-generated task suggestion isn't quite right yet?

Just give the AI more information. The more context you provide, the more precise the results will be. You can keep refining the suggestion before you add it.

How is data security ensured?

Data created through the AI function is hosted in Microsoft data centers. No data is sent to other tools (such as ChatGPT from OpenAI). Additionally, no data is transferred to other services, and your data is not used to improve models.
