Working on Multiple Tasks at Once

Bulk update task status, due dates, priority, assignees, and tags using multi-select checkboxes and the floating action bar in list and table views.

Use the multi-select feature in task filters and in the list or table view of project tasks to perform certain actions on multiple tasks at the same time.

Key Benefits and Use Cases

Multi-select is perfect when you don't want to click through repetitive changes one by one.

  • Quick cleanup by updating status, due dates, or priority for many tasks at once

  • Consistent assignment by setting or removing assignees for multiple tasks

  • Organized reorganization by moving tasks to other projects or task lists
