Working on Multiple Tasks at Once
Use the multiple selection feature in task filters and in the list or table view of project tasks to perform certain actions on multiple tasks at the same time.

How to Work on Multiple Tasks at Once
Select Tasks

Open a view or the Tasks tab of a project.

Select individual tasks or entire lists using the checkboxes on the left side.
Apply an Action to Your Selection

At the bottom of your screen, you'll find a floating action bar showing how many tasks are selected (click the X to clear your selection)

Click the action button in the bar (the three horizontal dots)

Choose the action you want and apply it to all selected tasks.
Multiple selection is not available on the Dashboard (Home) or in the Board or Timeline view.
Available Actions
These actions are available when using multiple selection:

Add tags: Add one or more tags to all selected tasks.

Duplicate tasks: Duplicate the selected tasks.

Change task list: Move all selected tasks to a different list. To keep the tasks in the current list as well, optionally uncheck Remove from current lists.

Change project: Change the project for all selected tasks. A new task status must be selected since task statuses can vary in the new project. Optionally, you can choose a list to move the tasks to.

Change due date: Change the due date for all selected tasks or remove it.

Move: Move the start and end dates of the selected tasks or lists.

Set priority: Change the priority for all selected tasks.

Change status: Change the status of the selected tasks.

Set or remove assignee: Change the assignee for all selected tasks or remove them.

Change activity: Change the activity for all selected tasks. You can also choose whether the same activity should be changed for all time entries logged to the task.

Move to subtask: Convert the task into a subtask. Select the new parent task that the task should be moved under.

Delete tasks: Delete the selected tasks.
