With the Referral Program, you can share your personal referral link, choose a reward, and get rewarded when someone books an awork subscription with a 12 or 24-month contract through your link.

How to Use the Referral Program

Your Personal Referral Link

1. Click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the main menu (or your initials)
2. Click on Recommend awork to open the referral window with your personal link
3. In the same window, select your preferred reward
4. Copy your personal referral link and share it

Rewards and Terms of Participation

In the referral window, you can select your preferred reward. This selection is saved. After a successful referral, you'll receive the reward that was selected at the time the new subscription was booked.

Available Rewards

• Credit toward your next awork invoice: For every subscription of at least 12 months booked through your referral link, you get a discount on your next invoice.
• Amazon Gift Card: For every subscription of at least 12 months booked through your referral link, you get a 30 euro Amazon gift card. The card will be sent to you by email 4-5 business days after a successful referral.
• Mystery Merch Package: For every subscription of at least 12 months booked through your referral link, you get an awork Mystery Bag (with a tote bag or notebook, plus stickers).

You'll receive your reward once the person you referred:

• registers through your personal referral link
• books a paid subscription with a contract duration of 12 or 24 months
  If a monthly subscription is booked first, your referral (and thus your reward) only becomes valid once they switch to a 12 or 24-month subscription.

Applying the Referral Link After Registration

If the person registered without your link, they can still apply it during checkout.

• Share your personal referral link with the person you referred
• Ask them to enter the code after clicking Buy Now. A pop-up will then appear where they can click Apply Coupon.

Who can use the referral program?

Anyone in an awork workspace with an active subscription can recommend awork through the user menu.

What rewards are available?

You can choose between account credit toward your next awork invoice, an Amazon gift card, or a mystery merch package.

When do I receive my reward?

After the person registers through your personal referral link and books a paid subscription with a 12 or 24-month contract. If monthly billing is set up first, the reward becomes valid once they switch to 12 or 24 months.

How much credit do I get if I choose credit as my reward?

The credit amount is based on the value of the new subscription and equals exactly one month's cost.

How does the person I referred benefit from registering through my link?

The person you referred also gets a one-time discount equal to one month. For example, if a 12-month subscription is booked, they only pay for 11 months on their first invoice.

Can the referral link be applied if the workspace wasn't created through my link?

Yes, as long as no subscription has been booked yet. The referred person can enter the code after clicking Buy Now. A pop-up will then appear where they click Apply Coupon.

Why can't I enter the referral link during checkout?

The referral field is locked if a link is already attached or the workspace was created via a referral link.
