Your Trial Has Ended - What's Next?

This article explains how you can continue using awork after your trial period ends so you can keep accessing all features.

How to Book awork

1. Log in to awork.

2. During your trial period:

   • Click the Book awork button in the header of your dashboard.

3. After your trial period ends:

   • Click the Book awork button in the middle of the screen.

4. Choose a plan:

   • Basic
   • Standard
   • Professional
   • Enterprise (Get in touch with us at sales@awork.com)

1. Select your billing cycle:

   • Monthly (cancel anytime)
   • Yearly (cancel at the end of 12 months)
   • Two-yearly (cancel at the end of 24 months)

2. Set the number of users you need:

   • Book at least as many users as are active in your workspace.
   • You can add more users anytime.

3. Click Book Now.

4. Enter your billing address (you'll receive your invoice by email from us).

5. Choose your preferred payment method:

   • Credit card
   • Direct debit
   • Bank transfer (only available in the Enterprise plan)

6. Review your information and accept our Terms and Conditions.

7. Click Pay and Subscribe to book your awork subscription.

Keep Your Workspace Without a Subscription for Later

You can leave your account without a subscription for now, but you won't have access to your data. This gives you time to subscribe later whenever you're ready. All your data stays safe.

Delete Your Workspace

If awork doesn't meet your needs, you can permanently delete your account. Make sure to follow these steps:

1. Log in to awork.

2. Click Book Now.

3. Select a plan (Basic, Standard, or Professional) and click Book Now.

4. Click Edit at the bottom and then Delete Workspace.

5. The workspace creator receives an email confirming the deletion of the data.

How long does my account stay active without a subscription?

Your account stays active indefinitely without a subscription as long as you don't delete it yourself.

Can I subscribe anytime?

Yes, you can subscribe anytime and your data will be preserved. However, you won't have access to your data until you book your subscription.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Your data will be completely deleted after 30 days.
