Cancelling your awork subscription
Here's how to cancel your awork subscription quickly and easily.
With admin permissions, you can cancel your subscription anytime on your own.
The cancellation takes effect immediately in your account and applies at the end of your billing cycle.
You'll receive a confirmation email after cancelling.
How does awork subscription cancellation work?
- Open Settings in your awork workspace (gear icon at the bottom left of the main menu).
- Select Subscription.
- Click the Manage subscription button.
- Then click Options.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.

Who can cancel the subscription?
Only admins of an awork account can perform the cancellation.
Will I get a cancellation confirmation?
Yes - you'll receive a confirmation email after the cancellation process.
Can I cancel my annual subscription early?
You can cancel your annual subscription. However, it will remain active until the end of your already paid term. There is no partial refund.
Can I book again after cancelling?
Yes - you can sign up for a new subscription anytime as long as you haven't deleted your data.
Will my account be deactivated immediately after cancellation?
No - after cancellation, your contract continues until the end of your current billing period. Your account will only be deactivated after that.
Will my workspace data be preserved after cancellation?
Yes - until the end of your contract, you have full access to your data and can export it. Once your workspace is deactivated, you won't be able to access your data anymore. Make sure to export your data in time before the end of your billing period.
Can I reduce individual licenses or change my plan without cancelling?
Yes - you don't need to cancel your subscription entirely if you just want to adjust the number of your licenses or change your plan. To do this, go to Settings in your awork workspace and select Manage plan. Please note that with an annual or multi-year plan, changes may only take effect at the end of your term, and no partial refund will be issued.
What's the difference between cancellation and account deletion?
Cancellation ends your subscription at the end of your current billing period - your account will still exist afterward and your data won't be deleted immediately. If you want to permanently delete your account and all your data, that's a separate step. You can export your data anytime before you delete your account.
