Adding or Removing Licenses

How can I book additional licenses?

You can add more licenses at any time and they'll be active immediately. Here's how:

• Go to: Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) > Subscription > Manage Subscription
• Increase the number of users using the slider or by entering a number in the text field
• Click the purple confirmation button
• Your new license is active right away
• You'll receive a prorated invoice for the remaining time in your current billing cycle

Example:
Monthly price for one license: 12 €
→ A second license is added after two weeks
→ Approximately 6 € additional charge for the current month
→ Starting next month: 24 € for two licenses

How can I remove or reduce licenses?

License reductions take effect at the end of your next billing cycle. Follow these steps to reduce your licenses:

• Open: Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) > Manage Plan > Manage Subscription
• Reduce the number of users using the slider or by entering a number in the text field
• Click the purple confirmation button
• Your change will take effect in your next billing cycle. Until then, you can continue using all your licenses

What happens if I deactivate or delete a user?

Deactivating users does not automatically decrease the number of licenses you've booked. To lower your license count, you need to manually adjust your subscription in the "Manage Subscription" menu.

Can I undo scheduled changes?

Yes, you can adjust or cancel scheduled changes at any time, as long as the change hasn't become active yet.

When do changes take effect?

• Increasing licenses: active immediately, prorated billing
• Reducing licenses: effective starting with your next billing period
