What is your own subdomain in awork?
With your own subdomain, your workspace gets a custom URL in the format:
yourteam.awork.app
This makes access easier and strengthens your team branding.
How much does the subdomain cost?
The price for your own subdomain is 15 € per month. If you book it during an ongoing billing period, we'll charge you a prorated amount for the remaining time.

Which plans include your own subdomain?
The subdomain is already included in:
- Professional
- Enterprise
- Enterprise+
In the Basic and Standard plans, you can book the subdomain as a paid add-on.
Management & Changes
Can you change the subdomain yourself?
- After booking, you can set the subdomain once yourself. To do this, open Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu).
- Select the Workspace section.
- Click the pencil icon next to the URL in the Workspace section and enter your desired subdomain.
What if you want to change the subdomain again later?
Any further changes are only possible through support. Contact our support team for a manual adjustment.
Cancellation & Validity
What happens to the subdomain if you cancel your awork plan?
If you cancel your awork plan, your custom subdomain will be automatically canceled as well.

Is your own subdomain mandatory?
No - using your own subdomain is optional.
Can you use multiple subdomains?
No - only one subdomain per workspace is possible.
Is the subdomain automatically activated?
Yes - it's active right after you book it and set the URL.
Can you cancel just the subdomain?
Yes - please contact our support for that. If you cancel, your old subdomain will be restored.
