As soon as a team member signs up with the same email domain on awork, that domain gets recognized and automatically assigned to your existing workspace. This article explains how you can enable this feature and what you should keep in mind.

How does registration with the same email domain work?
- Open the settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu).
- Go to the Workspace section.
- Enable the feature Allow workspace joining via email domain.
- Click on + Domain to add an email domain that's already being used by team members.
- Select the permission role that these people will get in your workspace.
From now on, when someone signs up with this email domain, they'll be asked whether they want to join this workspace or create a new one.
Make sure you always have enough licenses available in your workspace. If all licenses are already in use and a team member wants to join, the admin will receive an email and can extend the licenses.
