awork AI: The smart project assistant (Beta)

Use awork AI to automate project tasks, generate summaries, and get intelligent assistance with planning on Standard plans and higher

awork AI has evolved since the beta. In September 2026, the former AI Assistant was replaced by the awork Agent, which offers extensive features.

Important notes:

AI Credits will only be included in awork plans from Standard onward.
The Basic Plan will no longer include any credits. This means you won't be able to use AI Chat on this plan either.
Without an AI add-on, only a limited number of credits are available. This means AI usage is severely limited: you can only use the lowest-tier AI model, you can't create Custom Agents, and advanced features such as Tools, Skills, and Memory, or assigning AI to projects or tasks, aren't available. Once these credits are used up, you won't be able to use AI again until the next credit reset.
