How can I add more licenses?

You can add more licenses at any time, and they'll become active immediately. Here's how to do it:

• Go to: Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) > Subscription > Manage Subscription
• Increase the number of users using the slider or by entering a number in the text field
• Confirm the change by clicking Update Plan
• Your new license is active right away
• You'll receive a prorated invoice for the remaining time in your current billing cycle

Example: Monthly price for one license is 12 €. You add a second license after two weeks.

• About 6 € will be charged to your current month
• From next month onwards, you'll pay 24 € for two licenses

How can I remove or reduce licenses?

License removals take effect at the end of your next billing cycle. Follow these steps to reduce your licenses:

• Open: Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) > Manage Plan > Manage Subscription
• Reduce the number of users using the slider or by entering a number in the text field
• Confirm the change by clicking Update Plan
• The change takes effect in your next billing cycle. Until then, you can continue using all your licenses

What happens if I deactivate or delete a user?

Deactivating users does not automatically reduce the number of licenses you've purchased. To lower your license count, you need to manually adjust your subscription in the "Manage Subscription" menu.

Can I undo scheduled changes?

Yes, you can adjust or cancel scheduled changes at any time, as long as the change hasn't already taken effect.

When do changes take effect?

• License increase: active immediately, charged on a prorated basis
• License reduction: takes effect from your next billing cycle onwards
