What admins can control in the Onboarding Tutorial
In the permission settings of a permission role, admins can show or hide specific onboarding areas for users:
Team onboarding progress

Turn sections on or off for a role
Open Settings
Go to Permissions
Select the Workspace-wide permission role you want to edit

Turn individual items on or off by clicking on the eye-icon (Show/Hide)

If admins turn off a section for a role:
Users no longer see the related onboarding tasks
Hidden tasks are not counted toward onboarding progress

To access the Team onboarding progress, click on the Support & Help Button on the top right, then Open guide.
Important: Admins always have access to the leaderboard. For all other roles, visibility depends on your settings.
