When is the chat available?

Chat with our bot Fin 24/7. You can also ask to speak to the team at any time and report problems or unexpected behavior directly. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Can I contact support by email?

Why can't I start the support chat?

If you click Support kontaktieren and the chat window doesn't open, an ad blocker is probably preventing the chat from loading. Disable the ad blocker for awork and try again. Once the ad blocker is disabled, you should be able to start a chat with the support team as usual.

How do I report a bug or unexpected behavior?

You can describe a bug or unexpected behavior directly in the chat. Our team will get back to you and look into it. To do this, select the Fehlverhalten/Bug melden category in the chat. Alternatively, you can submit the issue as a ticket (type: Problem/Bug).
