Managing AI-Library Elements

The AI Library is your central hub for Agents, Skills, and Connectors.

In this article, you'll learn how to manage the different elements of the AI Library in awork. You'll discover the various ways to access the Library and navigate between Agents, Skills, and Connectors.

There you'll find your own created content, shared elements, as well as content curated by awork.

How to Access the Library

There are several ways you can open the Library:

• Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) and select Library under the AI category.
• Or open the AI menu item in the Main Menu and click the Library button in the top right.
• Or click the + symbol directly in the AI Chat, select Skills or Connectors, and click Manage in Library for each one.

In the Library, you'll see a navigation panel on the left with the categories Agents, Skills, and Connectors.

Managing Agents

Opening the Agents section
Select Agents to display all available Agents. Agents are shown as cards in a grid layout with title, description, and creator.

Creating a new Agent
Click the purple + Agent button below the search field. A dropdown menu opens with two options:

• New Agent: Creates a completely new, custom Agent
• Use Template: Uses an existing template as a starting point

Actions for existing Agents
Each Agent card has an Action Menu in the top right corner. Click it to open the Action Menu. The following options are available:

• Edit Agent: Opens the Agent's editing view
• Copy Agent Link: Copies a link to the Agent to your clipboard
• Share: Allows you to share the Agent with others
• Duplicate: Creates a copy of the Agent
• Delete: Permanently removes the Agent

You can mark an Agent as a Favorite using the star icon in the top left corner of an Agent card.

Hover over the bottom area of a card to view Agent Details or to start an AI Thread.

Managing Skills

A Skill contains reusable instructions for a specific task or recurring workflow.

Click Skills in the Library's left navigation to switch to the Skills overview.

Setting Up Connectors

Connectors connect Agents to external tools and services. awork provides predefined Connectors. Additionally, you can create your own Connectors using the MCP protocol.

Select Connectors in the Library's left navigation to access an overview of available Connectors and their configured connections.
