With this integration, tracked times from awork can be transferred directly to an invoice tool or an invoice.

Integrating an invoice tool makes it possible to transfer times entered in awork directly to invoices in the integrated tool. In this article, you will learn how this works.

The following integrations are supported by awork:

Set up a new integration

To set up a new integration, go to Settings > Integrations in the awork menu. Open the integration library and select the appropriate tool in the Invoicing Tools section.

You are also able to start the integration setup directly from the time evaluations if there is no billing tool integrated yet. Just click on the dollar icon in the upper right corner and select Generate Invoice.

sevDesk

A window will open where you have to enter the API key of sevDesk. After copying the API key into the field, click on save, and the integration is set up.

This API token can be found in sevDesk under Extensions/ Integrations. From there, just copy it and paste it into awork.

Lexware Office

(Lexware Office is integrated via oAuth 2.0 authentication since the 12th of July 2020).

When you start the integration to Lexware Office from awork, you will be redirected to Lexware Office and will be asked to log in there with your Lexware user and password. You will then be redirected back to awork and will be able to use the integration directly.

The integration is valid until the authorization in Lexware Office is removed or locked.

HQ

A window will open where you have to enter the API key of HQ. After you have copied the API key into the field, click on save, and the integration is set up.

You can find the API token in HQ under Admin > API Clients. From there, you can copy and paste it into awork.

Easybill

A window will open where you have to enter the API key of easybill. After you have copied the API key into the field, click on save, and the integration is set up.

You can find the easybill API token in easybill under Profil -> Profil & Settings -> API Key

MOCO

A window will open where you have to enter your MOCO subdomain and API key of MOCO. After you have entered all information into the fields, click on save, and the integration is set up.

To use the integration, start from your time reports, click on Generate invoice, and select MOCO to transfer your time report directly to a new invoice in MOCO.

bexio

To set up the bexio integration, go to Settings > Integrations in the awork menu. Open the integration library and select bexio in the invoicing tools section.

You are also able to start the integration setup directly from the time reports if there is no billing tool integrated yet. Just click on the $ icon in the upper right corner and select Generate Invoice.

When you start the bexio integration from awork, you will be redirected to bexio and will be asked to log in there with your bexio user and password. You will then be redirected back to awork and will be able to use the integration directly.

The integration is valid until the authorization in bexio is removed or locked.
