MCP Server
Access your awork data directly from your AI chats.
With the MCP Server, you can connect your awork Workspace directly to ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI chats - and give your AI assistant access to tasks, projects, docs, and more from your awork Workspace.
What you can do with it
Once connected, your AI assistant can act as your personal awork assistant. For example, you can ask it to:
- Search for and summarize tasks or projects ("Summarize the Website Redesign project from awork")
- Work with Docs ("Find the Client Report Doc in awork and check it for errors")
- Give you an overview of your current tasks
- Prepare status updates based on project information
All actions respect your existing permissions and access rights in awork.
Features
The awork MCP Server gives you access to all of awork's features. The AI tool can perform actions to retrieve data from awork or trigger processes - like creating projects and much more.
Permissions
The awork MCP Server uses the same permissions as your user account in awork. This means, for example, that it can only see projects you have access to.
