At awork we have many customers with quite different needs. Therefore, we have distinct price plans for awork that work very well for individual types of teams. In the following you can first get a general overview of the plans and then at the end a detailed table.

What does awork cost?

The price of awork depends on multiple factors such as the selected price plan and the contract term.

A free trial is available, providing a 14 day test period with no payment information required and no automatic renewal. Monthly pricing starts at €8 per user per month in the Basic plan. Annual and 2-year subscriptions offer lower pricing through discounts.


What pricing plans are available?

awork offers five pricing tiers tailored to team size and needs:

  • Basic (small teams, recommended for approx. 1–5 users)

  • Standard (recommended for 2–20 users)

  • Professional (recommended for 5–100 users)

  • Enterprise (recommended for 20–200 users)

  • Enterprise+ (recommended for 100+ users, with personalized support)

Basic

  • Unlimited projects and time tracking

  • Timeline view in the planner, mobile & desktop apps

  • 1 template (project/task), 1 custom field (project/task)

  • All standard integrations, support via chat & email

Standard

Includes all Basic features plus:

  • Workload overview in the planner, team structure, absences

  • Custom permissions, 3 custom fields (for each projects and tasks)

  • 6 templates (for both projects and tasks), 1 automation per project

Professional

Includes all Standard features plus:

  • Unlimited automations & custom fields

  • Private projects, custom subdomain

  • Global time reports and time tracking configurations

  • Phone support, advanced integrations (e.g. Personio)

Enterprise

Includes all Professional features plus:

  • SSO & SCIM integration, project recovery

  • Invoice payments, premium support

  • Designed specifically for large organisations (20–200 users)

Enterprise+

All Enterprise features plus:

  • Premium SLAs, data migration, dedicated customer success manager

  • Semi-annual check-ins, scalable options for 100+ users

Subscription & Cancellation

What subscription terms are available?

  • Flexible payment cycles: monthly, yearly, or every 2 years

  • Discounts apply when paying in advance for 12 or 24 months

How does cancellation work?

You can cancel the subscription anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. No further charges apply after that period and access to the workspace remains until the contract term expires.


Discounts & Support

Are there any discounts or special offers?

  • Non-profits / charitable organisations: discounted licenses available (application required)

  • Volume discounts from approx. 50 users – custom plans on request

What payment methods and support channels are available?

  • Payment methods: Credit card, direct debit; invoice available with Enterprise plans

  • Support levels:

    • Basic/Standard: Chat & email

    • Professional: Includes phone support

    • Enterprise: Priority premium support

    • Enterprise+: Dedicated Customer Success Manager

  • Onboarding Guarantee: Personalized training and money-back guarantee ("Team-on-board guarantee")

Am I tied to a contract?

No – the duration depends on the selected plan and payment cycle; monthly plans have no commitment.

Can I add or remove users?

Yes – users can be added or removed flexibly. Additional licenses are available immediately; removals apply from the next billing cycle.

Can I switch plans?

Yes – plans can be changed. When switching to a lower plan, higher-tier features are removed after the current billing period ends.

What happens if I’m not satisfied after purchase?
