Subscribe to a paid awork plan

After the free 14-day trial period, you have to book a paid version of awork to continue using it.

How can I subscribe to awork?

You can easily subscribe to awork directly within the tool after creating a free trial account. The trial lasts for 14 days and will not renew automatically. To continue using awork, payment details need to be entered and a plan needs to be selected.


Subscription Process

What steps do I need to follow to subscribe to awork?

  1. Log into your trial account
    Open your existing awork trial account.

  2. Click “Buy Now”
    The button is visible to all admins and can be found:

    • In the top navigation menu (e.g. “Buy Now”)

    • In your user menu under “Manage subscription”

  3. Choose your plan and number of users

    • Select your plan (e.g. Standard, Professional, etc.)

    • Define the number of licenses

  4. Enter billing details

    • Company information

    • Payment method (credit card or SEPA direct debit)

  5. Confirm and subscribe
    After entering the data, click “Subscribe” to activate your awork plan.

What payment methods are available?

  • Credit card

  • SEPA direct debit

  • Invoice payment (only available for Enterprise plans upon request)


Important Notes on Subscribing

What happens after I subscribe?

Your trial account is converted into a full subscription. All existing data and settings remain in your account. You will receive an invoice via email after completing the booking.

Can I add more users later?

Yes – you can add additional users anytime via the subscription management area. Charges are calculated proportionally based on the remaining billing cycle.

Who can manage subscription data?

Only administrators of your awork account can access the subscription function.

Will I receive a subscription confirmation?

Yes – you will receive an email confirmation and your first invoice once the subscription is complete.

Can I change payment details after subscribing?

Yes – you can update your billing and payment information anytime under “Manage subscription”.

Is there a free version of awork?

No – awork does not offer a free plan like some other services.
