How can I cancel awork?
You can cancel your awork subscription at any time by yourself. The cancellation is done directly in your account via the subscription management and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How do I submit the cancellation?
Go to Settings in your awork account
Select Manage plan
Click on Cancel subscription
Follow the steps in the cancellation dialog
What happens after cancellation?
Will my account be deactivated immediately?
No β after cancellation, your contract continues until the end of the current billing period. Your account will only be deactivated after that.
Will my data be retained?
Yes β your project data will remain accessible untilyou permanently delete it. You can export or delete it at any time before then.
Special cases for annual subscriptions
Can I cancel my annual subscription early?
You can cancel your annual subscription, but it will remain active until the end of the prepaid term. There will be no prorated refund.
