The end of the trial - and now?

After 14 exciting days with awork, you now have to choose one of the following:

Upgrade to the paid version

Are you ready to book awork? This is possible at any time - both during your trial period and afterwards. Don't worry, all your data is saved until you delete your account.

☝️ Important: The booking of awork can only be done by a user with administrator rights.

Step-by-step guide for your booking

  1. Log into awork:

    • During your active trial period: Click on the Book awork button in the header of your dashboard.

    • After your trial period has expired: Click on the Book awork button in the middle of the screen.

  2. Choose the right plan for your needs . You can choose one of these plans:

    • Basic

    • Business

    • Enterprise

  3. Choose your payment cycle:

    • Monthly (cancel at any time)

    • Annually (cancelable at the end of the 12 months)

    • Biennially (cancelable at the end of the 24 months)

  4. Determine the number of users needed:

    • Book at least as many users as are active in your workspace. If you need fewer, deactivate the corresponding users before booking under Settings > User.

    • You can add more users at any time.

    • The debits from users always occur at the end of your current payment cycle.
      ​

  5. Click on Book now.
    ​

  6. Enter your billing address (you will receive awork invoices by email).
    ​

  7. Choose your preferred payment method:

    • Credit card

    • Direct debit

    • Transfer (only available in the Enterprise version)
      ​

  8. Check your entries and accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
    ​

  9. Click on Pay and Subscribe to finish the booking process. Once you have booked, you can immediately invite more users and get started with awork.

Keep your account without a subscription for later

We understand that the decision-making process can take some time and that's perfectly okay!

You have the option to keep your account without a subscription but without access to your data. This way, you can take your time and easily subscribe at a later date and pick up where you left off. Rest assured that all your data will be saved until you decide what to do with it.

Delete your account

If awork does not meet your requirements, you can irrevocably delete your account.

Once your subscription or trial period has expired, simply open awork and a booking pop-up will appear giving you the option to delete your account. We respect your privacy and completely delete all your data after 30 days.

Here's how to delete the workspace:

  1. Log into awork

  2. Click on Book Now

  3. Choose a plan (Basic, Business, or Enterprise) and click on Book Now

  4. Click on Edit at the bottom and then on Delete Workspace

The Workspace Creator will receive an email in which he must confirm the deletion of the data. After confirmation, all data will be deleted within 30 days.

☝️ Warning: All workspace data will be irrevocably deleted. Remember to export everything you still need.
