We have improved our support ticket system, so chats and tickets can be seen at the same place now. You can still submit a ticket by clicking on the icon with the question mark (main menu) and then by clicking on Contact support. Alternatively, you can also submit a ticket by sending an email to [email protected].
After having submitted the ticket, you will find your ticket in the tickets tab by clicking on Chat with us.
You will be informed about the current status of your ticket via e-mail.
☝️Hint: Only tickets that have been created since 11.01.2024 can be found in this view. If you already have an existing ticket, it will only appear in the new view from the next message from us or from you, i.e. as soon as the existing ticket is processed further.
