Find your support tickets next to your chats for a perfect overview.

We have improved our support ticket system. It now displays chats and tickets in one place.

To create a ticket, click on the Support & Help button in the app header and go to Contact Support. You can also submit a ticket by emailing [email protected].

After having submitted the ticket, you will find your ticket in the tickets tab by clicking on Chat with us.

You will be informed about the current status of your ticket via email.

☝️Hint: Only tickets that have been created since 11.01.2024 can be found in this view. If you already have an existing ticket, it will only appear in the new view from the next message from us or from you, i.e. as soon as the existing ticket is processed further.
