Connect Trust removes friction from recurring collaboration. Workspace admins can set external workspaces as trusted partners, so Connect invitations from those workspaces are accepted automatically. No approvals. No delays. Just instant collaboration with the people you already trust.
Key benefits and use cases
Simplified collaboration with partners
Skip approval steps for known collaborators.Faster onboarding to shared projects
External team members can be assigned tasks, booked on projects, and start working right away - no waiting for invitation acceptance.Reduced admin overhead

How to use Connect Trust
Workspace admins configure Connect Trust in workspace settings.
Add a trusted workspace
Navigate to Settings β Connect β Trusted workspaces.
Click + Add.
Enter the partner workspace ID or URL.
Click Save.
Once saved, a trusted workspace badge appears to confirm the connection.
Important: The trust decision is always made by the receiving workspace.
How Connect Trust works
When a trusted workspace sends a Connect invitation to users in your workspace, the invitation is accepted automatically.
Automatic acceptance
Invitations from trusted workspaces skip the manual approval process.Workspace-level control
The receiving workspace must set up trust first.
Safety fallback for multi-workspace users:
If a user belongs to multiple workspaces and the correct one can't be determined, the standard approval flow applies to ensure users are never connected to the wrong workspace.
Permissions and access control
Workspace admins can add and delete trusted workspaces.
Regular team members cannot view or change trusted workspace settings.
Known limitations and considerations
Trust is one-way by default. If Workspace A trusts Workspace B, only invitations from B to A are auto-accepted. For two-way trust, both workspaces must add each other as trusted.
