Your team members can now join your workspace directly without you having to invite them.

As soon as a team member with the same email domain registers with awork, this domain is recognized and automatically assigned to the existing workspace with the corresponding domain. Admins can activate or deactivate this function in the workspace settings, change the domain for the workspace or define multiple domains.

To ensure that your team members can join smoothly, sufficient licenses must always be available in your workspace. If all licenses are already in use and a team member wants to join, the admin will receive an email and can extend the licenses accordingly.

How it works:

  1. Go to Settings > General in the main menu on the left.

  2. Activate the function that allows people with the same email domain to join your workspace.

  3. Click on + Domain to add an email domain that is already used by users in your workspace.

  4. Then select the general permission role that these people should then get in your workspace.

  5. When a person with this email domain registers with awork, they will be asked whether they would like to join this workspace or create a new workspace.
