Adding or Removing Licenses

How can I add more licenses?

You can add extra licenses at any time, and they'll become active right away. Here's how:

• Go to: Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) > Subscription > Manage Subscription
• Increase the number of users using the slider or by entering a number in the text field
• Confirm your change by clicking Update Plan
• Your new license is active immediately
• You'll receive a prorated invoice for the remaining time in your current billing cycle

Example: Monthly price per license is $12. You add a second license after two weeks.

→ Around $6 prorated charge for the current month
→ From next month onwards, $24 for two licenses

How can I remove or reduce licenses?

License reductions take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Follow these steps to reduce your licenses:

• Open: Settings (gear icon in the bottom left of the main menu) > Manage Plan > Manage Subscription
• Reduce the number of users using the slider or by entering a number in the text field
• Confirm your change by clicking Update Plan
• Your change takes effect in your next billing cycle. Until then, you can keep using these licenses

What happens if I deactivate or delete a user?

Deactivating users does not automatically reduce the number of licenses you have booked. To lower your license count, you need to manually adjust your subscription in the "Manage Subscription" menu

Can I undo scheduled changes?

Yes, you can modify or cancel scheduled changes anytime, as long as they haven't taken effect yet

When do changes take effect?

• License increase: active immediately, prorated charges apply
• License reduction: only takes effect in your next billing period
