Book additional licences

If you want to increase the number of booked licences in your awork, you can add users at any time. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription > Manage Plan.

With the slider or by entering text you can increase the number of users. By confirming with the purple button your addition will be active immediately. You will automatically receive an invoice for the added licences until the end of your payment cycle.

Example: You have booked a monthly awork subscription for 12 EUR per month. If you add a licence after 2 weeks, you will receive an invoice for half of the month (about 6 EUR). From the following cycle on you will receive the full invoice of 24 EUR for both users.

Reduce booked licences

If you want to reduce the number of booked licences in your awork, you can cancel users at any time which will take effect on your next payment cycle. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription > Manage Plan.

With the slider or by entering a number you can now reduce the number of users. By confirming with the purple button your deduction will be taken into account for the next payment cycle. You will also find a note about the upcoming changes in the window.

Until then you can continue to use the booked licences and only at or after the renewal of the subscription you will be asked to deactivate a corresponding number of users or to book some again.

You can cancel your upcoming subscription changes at any time by adjusting the number of licences again.

☝️ Important: Deactivating or deleting users in the User module does not automatically reduce the number of licences you have ordered. To reduce the number of licences, you must adjust your plan via Settings > Manage Subscription > Manage Plan.
