General information

OS/ is the modern project controlling software for agencies, production studios, and other project-driven companies.

With OS/’s advanced project calculation and controlling tools such as Drag & Drop Budgeting, True Labor Costs™, Benchmarks, Expected™, and the Overhead Cost Factor, you get a real-time overview of your project and company profitability, an insightful forecast, and save a lot of time on tedious controlling tasks.

OS/ 🤝🏼 awork Integration

With the OS/ awork integration, all relevant data is seamlessly synchronized:

  • Projects: OS/ projects are automatically created in awork after the integration is set up. Key project details such as client, title, start and end dates, as well as the project team, are transferred and regularly updated.

  • Resources: The time budget is transferred from the OS/ calculation into awork and continuously synchronized. This allows you to keep your projects and tasks in awork up-to-date, while the team stays informed about the available resources.

  • Time tracking: Tracked times in awork are automatically transferred to the corresponding OS/ projects.

  • Project updates: OS/ continuously updates the project status and keeps the team informed through the awork notifications about the current status.

Here’s how to connect awork with OS/

  1. Open Settings/ Integrations in your awork workspace

  2. Add the following API Key via the “+ API Client” button:

    Name: OS/ API Key

    Client ID: os-api-id

Redirect URI: http://localhost/os-api (Don’t forget to click the + button)

  3. In OS/, go to the Workspace Settings and navigate to the “Integrations” tab

  4. Under “Available Integrations,” you will find awork

  5. Click the “+ Add” button in the awork tile, enter the awork API Key, and click “Save”

Done! The integration is now successfully set up.
