Projects
Once your OS/ awork integration is set up (setup guide), your OS/ projects are automatically created in awork and shared with your project team.
All data such as client, title, start and end dates, and the project team are imported and updated with every change.
Resources
The awork time budget is taken directly from your OS/ calculation and is continuously updated. This allows you to always plan your projects and tasks in awork with up-to-date information, and your team always knows what resources are available.
If desired, your project calculation can also be transferred to awork. For example, you can see how many resources are available in each project phase, plan even more precisely, and always know where you stand.
Time Tracking
Working hours can be tracked directly in awork or with myOS/ via voice input and are immediately transferred to OS/. This way, employees can work in one place while project management always has an up-to-date view of efforts and costs. Time tracking couldn’t be easier.
OS/ also synchronizes your price list with awork, so your employees can directly record their services and you can bill them.
Billing Time
Billing working hours? Nothing could be easier. OS/ takes your time tracking from awork, and you can conveniently bill it in OS/. If you wish, you can also add it to your project price or external costs.
Billed time entries are automatically marked as billed in awork as soon as the corresponding invoice is issued. This way, you’ll never forget to bill an hour again.
Even better, OS/ calculates your actual labor costs from your time tracking. So, along with your working hours, you always know the financial effort for each client or project—not just how many hours you could bill, but also the share of labor costs.

OS/ continuously updates the status of your awork projects and keeps your team informed. Everyone immediately knows whether a project is confirmed or completed. Your awork client list is always up to date, and you can easily access your awork project via the logo in the project list.
Here’s how to connect awork with OS/
Open Settings/Integrations in your awork workspace
Add the following API Key via the “+ API Client” button:
Name: OS/ API Key
Client ID: os-api-id
Redirect URI: http://localhost/os-api (Don’t forget to click the + button)
In OS/, go to the Workspace Settings and navigate to the “Integrations” tab
Under “Available Integrations,” you will find awork
Click the “+ Add” button in the awork tile, enter the awork API Key, and click “Save”
Done! The integration is now successfully set up.
