Being secure also means being prepared

Even with strong safeguards, incidents can happen.

awork maintains a documented Incident Response and Breach Notification process

to ensure that any security event is identified, assessed and resolved promptly.

How to report an issue

If you discover or suspect a security issue, please contact our Security Team:

Every report is reviewed immediately, and we’ll keep you informed of the outcome.

How we handle incidents

  • All security events are centrally collected and assessed through monitoring systems and internal reporting channels.

  • awork operates a documented incident-response process covering technical, organisational and communication measures.

  • The process defines clear responsibilities, escalation paths and timelines, including GDPR breach-notification requirements.

  • Each incident is analysed post-resolution, and corrective actions feed into our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

A summary of our Incident Response Policy or related evidence can be provided to customers upon request as part of a security review or audit.

Responsible Disclosure

We welcome reports from researchers and users who help keep awork secure.

Please follow responsible-disclosure principles and avoid tests that could affect other customers.

All reports are handled confidentially, and we’ll respond once the issue has been assessed.
