Why can't I start a support chat?
Why can't I start a support chat?
If you click Contact Support and the messenger window does not open, an ad blocker is likely preventing the chat from loading. Disable your ad blocker for awork and try again. Once the ad blocker is disabled, you should be able to start a chat with the support team normally.
